Our payments are processed by CyberSource, and we do not have control over the payment process. CyberSource advises that when a credit card payment does not go through, it is most likely being blocked by the card-issuing bank.
Most often, this is due to a dollar-amount limit on the card. Please contact your bank and/or your organization and ask them to authorize the payment to Protiviti KnowledgeLeader via CyberSource and/or to increase your per-transaction or per-day purchasing limit, then try the payment again once the block is removed.
If that is not possible, you may also try the payment with a personal card, if you have not already.
