Why can't I log in?

Be sure your account is activated.

If you have just created a new account and you aren’t able to log in, it may be because the link in the activation email hasn’t been clicked. During account creation an email is sent with a special activation link that must be clicked before the account can be accessed. If you don’t see this email, please check your spam folders and be sure to add knowledgeleader@protiviti.com to your safe senders list.

If you've activated your account and  continue to have difficulty, consider requesting a new password from the log in window using the “Forgot your password?” link.
