Why can't I log in?

If you have just created a new account and you aren’t able to log in, it may be because the link in your activation email hasn’t been clicked.

During account creation, we send an email with a special activation link that must be clicked before your account can be accessed. If you don’t see this email, please check your spam folders and be sure to add knowledgeleader@protiviti.com to your safe senders list.

If you've activated your account and continue to have difficulty, consider requesting a new password from the login window using the “Forgot your password?” link.
