How can I receive an invoice for my group subscription?

Groups with 2-4 Users: As of January 1, 2020, we have changed the payment process for subscriptions with 1-4 members. Single subscriptions and subscriptions with 2-4 users must be paid by credit card/debit card. We no longer issue invoices for 1-4 users. If a quote is needed for your business to approve the payment, please Contact Us.

Groups with 5+ Users: 

  • New Subscription — Once you get to the payment screen, select the Invoice option, and fill out the page. If you would like to view a copy of your invoice once logged in, navigate to "My Account" in the upper right-hand corner, click "View Account," and scroll down to billing history. You will be able to view your full billing history here as well as download your invoice.
  • Current Subscription — You will have the opportunity to change your preference during any upgrade or renewal. Once upgraded or renewed, if you would like to view a copy of your invoice, once logged in, navigate to "My Account" in the upper right-hand corner, click "View Account," and scroll down to billing history. You will be able to view your full billing history here as well as download your invoice.
