Each year the KnowledgeLeader Team tries to put on a few webinars with our most popular writers presenting their topic of choice. First, we publish their latest article and shortly after host a webinar, offering CPE to boot.
Our most regular writer and webinar presenter is Ann M. Butera. She brings a unique value to our community by giving insight into soft skills. Not topics you typically hear for CPE credit, but her audience applauds how useful these teachings are, at work and sometimes in your personal life!
Ann is a great presenter and has gained quite the following. Here are just a few of her audience’s rave reviews:
“Ann is a great speaker and I always walk away with something I believe I can implement.”
“One of the best webinars I have attended. It took concepts and provided well-defined examples/scenarios to which the content could be applied. Thank you!”
If you missed her webinars from 2015, not to worry. We have the recordings available for you right here! You must attend the live event to get CPE credit, but nonetheless Ann’s presentations are sure to leave you with new thoughts and great takeaways.

Of course Ann wasn’t the only presenter we had in 2015. We can’t forget Dan Zitting, who kicked off the year with a bang with his interesting webinar topic “The Death of the Tick Mark, Birth of the Rockstar Internal Auditor.” It was our first time having Dan on our webinars and we’re in the works hoping to get him back in 2016!
Although new, Dan received high praise with his audience:
“Dan is GREAT! He seems to have a very good understanding of the subject matter and delivered it very well.”
“Encouraged my team to look at new, unusual ways of approaching our work.”
