You probably already know how KnowledgeLeader group accounts can make your life easier by keeping your team on top of things and simplified with just one invoice for everybody. Well now, the group subscriptions have gotten even better!
If you are the administrator for your group, you’ll notice some upscale changes to the My Account section where you manage your team members. We’ve been working hard to make it easier to:
- Assign open seats to new members
- Transfer seats from existing members to new members
- Add KLplus to members who need it
- Add seats to accommodate new members as your group grows
- View and update your group information
